Whispers of Light
Light reflects off the still very wet ground
Gorgeous in all aspects, doesn’t make a sound
Whispers of light expound the well-worn street
Air breathes slight remembrance of a bench seat
Whispers heard as reflections of pink light
Come crashing through on the wet avenue
Softly the man whistles, sweet in the night
On the bench seeing the light as his view
After a long pause there comes a great sound
More tender than forceful this whisper found
It’s such a grand feel what’s coming in sight
The ever powerful whispers of light
