Whisper Allouette
Whisper sweetly, dear,
secrets I would hear,
loving tones my worn heart craves;
softly let them sing
like an angel's wings
gently fall and rise in praise.
Hover like a dove,
covering with love;
nectar from the lilies bleed.
Lie beside of me,
feeding, tenderly,
whispers to my heart's deep need.
