Whirlwind of September
,
S _ September circles 'round us like the crisp, rustling leaves
E_ Ending with a whirlwind of dwindling summer
P_ Painting a palette of bold, vibrant colors,
T_ Tossing and turning with the wiles of her ways…
E_ Evenings arrive with a whisper of chill
M_ Mist in the mornings, and rust on the hill
B_ Bluer the skies, and shorter the days
E_ Echoes of school bells are calling to say,
R_ Rich is the bounty, of autumn’s display….
