This is the way it was while I was waiting for your eyes to find me...
I was lost into nothingness while breaking boundaries everywhere comparing myself. All the wrongs of the world with indefinite actions I should have controlled. I believed in myself but since I met you I have a new found faith within me. I was too prideful and now I am proud to be yours. I had searched for those big brown eyes since I was born. I yearned to belong to someone who needed me to love and needed me to live.
This is the way it was while I was waiting for your eyes to find me…
I fell down during my youth and now I’ve fallen in your arms. I used to dream of a spirited gentleman. Before you I cried in loneliness; solitariness was I. Isolated inside my bubble counting the moments I would meet my true love. How old will I be? How long with I wait? There were unanswered questions with responses unknown.
This is the way it is since I realized your eyes have found me…
I am renewed with the excitement on dreams coming true. I now have assurance that true romance exists. You are all mine, and I am forever yours. I found credence in your touch and magic in your kiss. Beliefs that were once only visions of my imagination. I was only a young girl and you helped me turn into the woman I have always hoped for.
