While I Was a Kid

In comparison, to my past, from till today, the latest things, as a kid, for me, wasn't such. Yet still, while I was a kid, growing up, the love displayed, from parents, meant, so much. In reference, to back then, to now, just to survive, to a kid, was a reluctant, way to live. Yet still, while I was a kid, growing up, the sacrifice, made, from parents, shown the length, they would give. In honor of, ever since, to beyond, in their dedication, of raising me, in doing right, and being strong. I now realize, since becoming an adult, I have a new found respect, and gratitude, for my parents, for putting up, with me, for this long.
