Where I Belong
I may feel alone but yet I am not lonely.
I long for a place where I belong, a place where I am
safe to be about the business of creating... of creating
beautiful words of dance and song, to not be about
the things of war and deceit.
Always, always people want more, not just what
God brings them in the way of a wonderful brand new day.
But, in our greed and silent rules of the evil neediness o
f society, we want more than anyone could really ask for.
Do we forget that ever since the Garden of Eden, that
our good Father has abundantly and continually given
us everything? Including the life of His very own Son?
Must we still act like clowns? Especially when the victory
over death, sin and Satan has already been won by the
vicious slaying of the One who laid down His life for us
and then called it all done?
