Hello James I like your poem. What do you mean by anger management?It is what my husband had done to me is why I am angry. What I am trying to do is forget. I know the lady in Cuba will never hear from me. She cheated oon with my husband in a room that was locked for two hours. That is why I am angry.

Thank you James I went to anger management and printed out the whole programme so I could read it at my own time at ease.I will see wht this will do for me. Thank you.
