When You Lay Me Down
When you lat me down
Please don't cry
Just say goodbye
Because you'll see me again in time
When you lay me down
Don't ask why he took me
Or why I had to go so soon
Because now I'm in peace and in no pain
When you lay me down
Don't say it wasn't my time
Because if it wasn't
It wouldn't be my funeral tonight
When you lay me down
Please don't cry
Because it's my time
To go 6 feet under
And live in the afterlife-
