When the Last Curtain Falls
Do we ever really know
What it's like letting go
How we will see our last show
When the final curtain falls
Do all our memories end up in a crystal ball
Or do we take them to heaven when God calls
I know it's not the conclusion
Or some well thought out illusion
That so many find confusing
When we die is there some kind of reunion
After we take a special communion
Knowing our life was not reckless
So many will get left behind
Many questions plague my mind
Trying to find the answers why
What happens when we die
So many spend their lives trying to decide
If choosing God is all one big lie
When all the answers lye in his word
He left in the Bible for us to decide
Which way each of us would fly
Under Gods watchful eye
Living life until our last stand
Knowing that it's all up to Gods plan
Hoping he has you by the hand
He leaves his footprints in the sand
God gives us our final command
Whether or not we get to go to heaven
Loving him with a clean heart
This way you will feel no fear when you depart
Waking up where heaven starts
Trusting in God is the most amazing part
