When Saviors Sleep
Strength dwells unmeasured,
A symphony's hibernation,
A clandestine god of the will.
Awakened out of silenced slumber to humanities deepest breath.
As the baton rises, commanding a crescendo for such a time as this...
IN CHAOS ---
Pandemonium impales upon former unwavering tenor
With demands to become impenetrable stone
An immovable anchor
An army though alone
A force to be reckoned with
Inner strength
When saviors sleep
And the earth disappears from beneath your feet
Inner strength like a
dormant courage blooms mid-spring
Though snow still covers shaking knees
Fragrant currents rise like the meeting of a need.
Strength breathes and it believes
It looks behind and it learns
It's disguised like fire burning bright behind eyes
A tool of love you'll wield for life
True strength is meek
To know you own it is not vain
Strength is born out of the bearing of substantial pain
When sorrows song sings
Be strong, be strong!
And at the end of the road the last verse reads...
Though I'm washed by my tears, life is more than simply holding on,
It's truly loving till your final breath is gone.
Strength is understanding...
NO ONE CAN DO IT ALONE
