When Losers Win
It irks me to no end
Bothers me like an itch you can’t scratch,
seeing losers win
And it just happened again
Uncouth bad manners chortling,
with a dummy balloon grin
Loser ...
always will be,
always was back when
What did the loser win?
The lottery, apparently
Rigged the system
with improper tampering
Loser and a cheat
That just doubled my disgust,
doubled my beef
Losers don’t get lucky like that,
had to be an inside job
Should anything go wrong,
those invisible hands you won’t see
The only public face will be
the Loser,
packaged to be the pasty
It’s bad for the merit business,
seeing losers win
And it just happened again
Uncouth bad manners chortling,
with an idiotic joker grin
Another loser ...
now they’re both slapping hands,
like they’ve always been best friends
Looks like losers winning
has turned into a trend
Much to my chagrin
