When I Take a Break

When I take a break It's bonafide break To mend fabric of my soul You have torn Shredding joy I've brought From my sanctuary to you When I take a break Tread softly Don't wake the dead tempered long ago I am many mees, I'll have you know When I take a break Moon, sun, stars shines, and on me beams Fuel, filling me with pizzazz Ask my muse When I take a break We bask in silence To hear The Source of everything Telling me what makes sense When I take a break I see everything in quiet tones Good challenges comes challenging What's at stake? In my skin I'm snug, at home. *
