When Angels Weep
There is no greater sadness
Than when Angels are weeping
They come to stop the madness
As they cry when we are sleeping
They truly know what’s in our hearts
As they work to heal and clean
They catch the soul as it departs
And must be quick within our dream
When Angels weep the rivers flow
As they illuminate within our dark
With solitude in midnight's glow
They battle evil with their spark
When there is great sadness and despair
A thousand Angels now begin to glare.
