What Will Happen
What will happen,
when our jobs leave town,
no food on the table,
unemployment bound.
But then what happens,
when that runs out,
no roof over our heads,
can't take a nap.
Just like a dog,
a chasing it's tail,
round, and round,
as the economy fails.
It won't matter,
if gas is a dollar or less,
nothing to drive,
the car has been repossessed.
Times are scary,
what will we do,
go back to the ways,
our grandparents knew.
