Reminds me when I was in my crafty period....I tried making those apple-head dolls.....they kind of creeped me out LOL!! Great idea for your poem!! Congrats on your win, dear Deb!!

Autumn's winds welcome winters freeze. When Grandma's head falls from the trees. Ashes to ashes, dried apple's and all. Roten to the core at the end of fall.
