What Mercy

Judgment before mercy stoops as tears flow mingled with praise. The face once creased smooths with love; rumbling thunder drops down rain soothes patched earth etched by folly. Cry, praise when the heart aches, dry; crawl and groan and moan, not let, only mercy pleads for grace. © 2014

The Holy Spirit continually pleads to our Heavenly Father on our behalf. Praise be to Jesus for his great sacrifice. By his hand I am delivered from punishment into glory.
