What Looks Dead To You Is Alive

You wouldn't dare admit your flaws, Too scared to let yourself fall, You wouldn't dare say how you really feel, Those issues,,,,too raw, all too real, Did I come here to face you or me?, Truth be told it was to see, Facing past feelings I never knew, that must of hit a nerve inside of you, My honesty screams at the void, until it leaves, because it has no choice, I have the choice, I have the upperhand, To face those feelings, and squash them right where I stand, If your not with me, I'm still not alone, My God stands beside me through the weaknesses I know, He has given me the authority to pull out those weeds, I am much stronger spiritually because his love carries me, That will never die....so what looks dead to you, is facing the truth for healing to work through, It is grousome to see with the eyes we have here, But my God is teaching me to battle those fears, So turn your head, if you must, He placed me in this garden to remove the muck, So if I look dirty to you, please understand, In the end....I still wash my hands

How bout it,,,we deceive ourselves when we refuse to see ourselves...sometimes it takes me a while to see stuff because it hurts too much to look, when I write for some reason I can see it better,,,it's funny...I noticed while reading the bible how much poetry is it,,,,psalms, lamentations, proverbs, song of Solomon,
