What Is My Affliction
What is my affliction?
It is not that it does not impress my heart's desire,
cause envy in my friends and awe in my acquaintances.
It has it a - t- but it is not tough,
it has an - e- still is not equality,
it has a -y- yet yanks not at complacency,
it has an - r - roaring like the lion in the Wizard f Oz,
it has an - o - omitting any ****** of action,
it has a -p -putting aside any and all potency;
and yet, and yet, it can, will, must combat all these like a rebel rocking all apathy in these awful yet inspiring times.
