What If

What if we were never meant to be together like the friendship of the rabbit and the hare. What if we never broke up like grannies loving each other till life is done...... What if you were never too busy to tend my soul, washing my spirit with truthful lies. What if your silence is too loud for me to contain and your stillness too deafening for my ears. What if my tears were too blunt to tear your soul and my woes to tiny to make our love whole. What if my heart never throbb at your presence and you never shone brightest with love essence. What if our case is sweet sorrow, the beautiful hatred of never meant to be...... What if you never read this poem, what if you never truly cared, i don't care for in my heart you're still my dear. (c)d FAITHFUL poet.
