What I Thought You Were
The things you said made me laugh but now only make me cry, I used to think that being with you would make
me happy once again, but now I see that being with you isn't everything
being with the one who truly loves me will be the only make thing that will make my heart sing
what I thought you were isn't what you are
you are not I how wanted you to be and now I know that you aren't my prince charming
I hope someone else can love you even if i truly can't
-love heartbroken hay
