Well I Danced To Radiohead, Hopefully It'Ll Fix Everything

Somatic movement, self embrace Inner strength when world to face It's all about marked improvement Self embrace, somatic movement My energy leaches, cannot be stored What to expend, what can I afford Let me rest, my mind beseeches Cannot be stored, my energy leaches Kind to mind, this is the key Drop self doubt, be more free Gentle peace may I one day find This is the key, kind to mind Somatic movement, self embrace Don't decline, ascension chase Try to embody the dreams I've dreamt Self embrace, somatic movement

At a time, I was carefree, still I have no time for anxiety, (self-embraces), I'd like some results, more yoga. The title yes caught my attention, made me laugh-I'll try anything. Good read, as usual, enjoyed. btw I just saw the movie "Talking Heads" "Stop Making Sense" High voltage energy was unbelievable, and meticulous choreography, quite the opposite of Radiohead, I think!

Dancing is amazing therapy Anaya - well worth giving a go. There's somatic movements to throw in and they do actually help. Thanks for your kind words (two very different bands - excellent sentiment of dancing if we want to and leaving cares behind though. Radiohead just have me reaffirming I'm a weirdo - cheeky!)

Ahh thank you - glad it didn't end up being clickbait - basically a dance round the room :)
