Blessed mighty trail I walk down well beaten path Following along Onward I trudge down the road Through the deep colors alive I follow footsteps Of greater minds that have lived Ones that have spoken About perfect ways of life The comforts of the forest Russell Sivey

I love that middle line here: "I follow footsteps of greater minds that have lived. . " Makes me think of the famous poet who lived in the woods.

Ahhh!...I especially like the line "Of greater minds that have lived"..There have been some great people who were artists, spokesmen, writers, creative individuals, people devoted to a higher power to higher goals, etc..Thanks for stopping by..Sara
