Welcoming the New Year
See the tired, white-bearded man
stepping out with tears of sadness...
as the vibrant young man steps in!
Cheer for the lad! Fill up your glass!
Your sad goodbye to the Old Year
must be brief and without regrets,
but your welcome to the New Year
should be as thrilling as smiles!
