Weeping Moon

The road is long Sad is the song I don’t know where we are going and before long Spirit hurts like feet from long voyage burned by fiery tongue Her eyes cold like diamond hoarfrost In their depth traveling soul is lost It might find its way through but at what cost The moon lighten river of blood first must be crossed The moon sheds pearl shaped tears The road like a beacon of hope appears The dropping of moon’s tears The very soul of girl with cold eyes hears The girls’ eyes are now covered by tears Just as moon will have its own tears Wind like time will dry those tears In ballad sang by the wind philosophical question appears The meaning like fire grows The girls’ spirit now unfroze The way of life becomes clear and filled with petals of a rose The moon’s tears are now of joy not sorrows
