Wedding Night
What started with a gaze,
Transformed to nuptial bliss.
You took my breath away,
Within our first kiss.

Feeling your soft tanned skin,
Brushing next to mine.
Steams the windows of my soul,
Sending shivers up my spine.

Tonight is our night,
We finally are complete.
Our poetic hearts are scribing,
Midnight sonnets with each beat.
·
You’ve waited for this moment,
Now I’m finally yours.
I’ll love you ‘til my soul,
Sets sail for Heaven’s shores.
·
You’re the one and only,
Who brings joy to my life.
We are sensual lovers,
Husband and wife.
