Weather Forecast 2018
Less hazy fog in my brain
and condensation on my eye frames
more dew for my dry eyes
and less salty floods for when I cry
more rain for my parched mouth
and less humidity on my leather couch
less ice between heart beats
and less long winds for when I speak
more warmth for my cold hands
and less dust devils on my ceiling fans
less funnel cakes landing on my plate
more popcorn showers in their wake
less frostbite on my nose
while thawing out my ten frozen toes
more lightning bugs to help me see
and less thunder bolts that make me flee
less snow drifts that are sky high
more rainbows that make me sigh
less clouds in my family tree
and more sunshine for you and me.
