We Must Change Our Ways
Why are there people in the world
Whose sole perpose is to kill and destroy
When there is so much to be thankful for.
It is beyond my comprehension!
Is this the way it's suppose to be
Or has our civilization run off the rails
Until one day, everything comes crashing down
Around us and we destroy this wonderful
Planet Earth forever!
There has always been conflict... it's the way of the world
But now we seem to be heading down a path
That is leading us to extinction
It's not too late!
Call me a dreamer if you will
But in spite of all the hatred in the world
I still believe, man will eventually acknowledge the futility
And end this tragic pattern of destruction
We not only should have a brighter future
But we MUST change our ways!
