Watched Together.

Memory Lane takes me back to sunsets on the balcony. Dogs by my side and a cup of tea in my hand. We would hear the distant thunder I would hold my breath, waiting. One dog would run scared, and the other barked in a fury of excitemnt. It was fascinating sitting only, just under cover. Counting the seconds between the boom and the flash. Never getting enough of the art of the lightening Now I'm older and those beautiful dogs sadly have passed. Two new ones have taken their spot now, and I'm thrilled to say, the memories of watching the storm together are satisfyingly created again.
