Oh that is so tragic, James. That would make me move from this beautiful spot. I know it still hurts. I have buried a son. Joyce

Joyce, We put his ashes here in the Lockwood Folly River so we can remember him. Losses are always the last thing we want to happen. Jim Horn

Nicely put James. I see you are new to our forum. I have been a busy part of it but got behind this summer when I broke my arm and have gone through other trials including the loss of my sister last Friday. I will try to catch up again during the winter months. I live in Mount Vernon in the beautiful Skagit Valley and rent out my land to bulb farmers. I will have fields of daffodils and some of tulips, next spring. Joyce

How well I remember the pastures of pretty tulips. They also existed in Holland Michigan when we lived in Benton Harbor. I just planted Costco's 75 bulbs that bloom during different times of the year. Hope all comes out with you physically. Our son Jamie drowned in the Skagit River one morning while he was fishing there. We still have many memories existing in PS area.
