Warmth

Only you have the ability, To melt my soul. As battered and torn And scarred as I may be, You melt the icy protection I have built, brick by icy brick, Around my self, my true self. Your arms are my solitude, Your lips, the fire. Your eyes, my home. In this hotter and frozen reality, You, and only you, are my warmth.
