Wanting the Old Mom Back

How can you keep this up,when all you do is keep messing up. Promise after promise you make, but they all seem to break. You want me to believe you but how can I when everything you say is fake. Take another drink or another pill, just so you can get the fill, forget your kids and how they feel. Crying every night asking where you are tonight I don't like what you keep doing,it's hurting my feelings. I want the old mom back, the one that didn't have to put on an act. The one that didn't have to tell a lie every time. The one that didn't make the twins cry every time you'd say goodbye. All I'm asking is for the old mom back ,is that asking to much from me? I just want you to see your not only hurting me. I love you mom but I'm taking a stand,I'm tired of all the misunderstands. I just want the old mom back, I hope you understand.
