Wanting More
Love arrives like a warm zephyr,
slowly melting reality.
And arouses dormant desires,
erupting as molten passion.
Smoldering embers fuel flames
that linger in private places.
And you experience feelings
far beyond infatuation.
It's such an extraordinary
sensation; you can't help but smile.
For it makes you feel euphoric
and unbelievably happy.
Love's like an elusive rainbow
you exuberantly pursue.
And hope keeps fantasies alive;
on the chance that they may come true.
When you feel you're falling in love,
your heart fills with exaltation.
And anticipation leaves you
feeling frightened, yet wanting more.
