Wandering Heart
Wandering heart what will you do now?
You have reveled on mountains,
Sailed upon seas,
Bathed in the moonlight,
Sang with a breeze.
Nothing could harm you,
Not once did you fear.
Life flowed like spring rivers,
So sweet and so clear.
Now time has approached you,
You must pause and take rest.
Your journeys near over
You still look for the best.
With pages all full
As your time fades away,
Without any regrets
You are anxious to stray.
But nothing can ever replace what you've seen.
And nothing will ever recapture a dream.
The quest for the prize you were never to find,
Still burns in your soul and troubles your mind.
Wandering heart where will you go next?
