Walk of Pride

Walk in pride with hand in hand, with you by my side, I could bleed into utopia, but the perfect dream is true, we blend together, covered in love, feeling all emotions, we were in love, are togetherness completes us, makes us, why did it fall apart? the romance was one sided, I believe, I would give you all my heart, but yours was cold and distant, love became hate, never did I feel such misery, where my tears were just weakness, you fell on my life, I tried filling your eyes with that loving stare we once shared, all was there was tears and the coldest look you can imagine, don't know where you are, the words we said in anger, I regret these words, the lost love we once embraced, to sleep beside you, to share bread, to be chained together, shackled with lust, not the lust I dreamed, why where you so cold, I don't think we were right for each other, I never could understand, I still miss you, love you, I know we are not meant for each other, this does not mean I don't care for you or to get in touch, just let me dream of all the best times we shared, this is all I try to do, I listen to our song to just remember, when I once walked in pride.
