W O O
Wise Old Owl.
A wise old Owl once said, "Twit-Twoo" from me to you
now lay down your head.
But Foxy Loxy spied her and howled.
"What was that you said? Lay down my head."
He said with a scowl, "Look out wise old owl
one shake of this tree to you from me and soon
you could be dead.
"Twit-Twoo Foxy Loxy no need to take huff
I meant no harm with my alarm, but prowling is
Mr Wolf."
Foxy Loxy looked around to see Mr Wolf draw near.
"Run, run, said wise old owl, it's time for you to flee.
Mr Wolf is on your trail with love to you from me.
Well Foxy Loxy sped away as fast as he could run.
Was it wise old Owl who saved his life
or Mr Wolf just having fun?
