Good grief John...poetry really isn't your anger management course...not yet anyhow. If you think you're a 'cupcake'...don't leave the sugar in the cupboard. Anger, hate, and 'violence' can rot your soul. Your real courage and strength will come when you can overcome it? Take care, be well...and call me if you wish, free of charge at 1-800-GET-REAL. Okay that's not a true number...but MAYBE it will give you a smile? Mikki

Is this a topic or did it really happen? Anger buried can come to the surface and cause a lot of grief if this is what you are talking about. Keep writing. Sara
