Victory and Defeat

It was a day of heavy torrential rain , But more of my foe's gain, I suffered from intense and unbearable pain, Because all my efforts were in vain. Now, Devastated , that is how I feel , It may take some time to heal. But, I learnt an important lesson, Which certainly makes my pain lessen. Always, Abandon your inner fright, Though you have to wait, Fight, Fight, and Fight, Till you reach the height, Which you have set in sight, On a cold, dreamy night, Most importantly, If you pursue victory rather than fear defeat, God will make sure ,you achieve your feat.
