Victoria
This lady we so heartily seek
Is no stranger to the strong or the weak
She lives not in the bloody wake of the marauder
Neither in his gun nor his powder
?
She lives not with the proud and the loud
Or with those mortified by a crowd
She is no friend to the swift of hand
Nor a? ?driftwood for a bird to land
?
She drops like sudden rain on who chances her path
With no slight regards for who misses her bath
Thus a slave may get moved to defeat a king
And the king has no choice but to kiss his ring
This goddess Victoria has embraced my foe
And so victory repels me as a rock to hoe
Until her rain drops find their way to my farm
I will hate Victoria enough to do her harm?
For ?
?
Who needs victory when defeat is a friend?
