Veterans of Denial

Veterans of Denial I stand here holding out my hand but you just walk on by I ask if you can spare some change but you don't hear my cry you just keep on walking blind to agony reaping all the benefits pleasures of the free if he could spare a nickel and you could spare a dime that’s fifteen cents that I could spend on bread at supper time but you just keep on walking blind to agony why will you not help the man who fought to keep you free By: Jeremy Siedlecki
