well said. sadly there is nothing much we can do against verbal abuse. there is a old saying words can cut deeper than a knife. I agree once u say something in the heat of the moment you carnt take it back. u can be sorry but once the damage is done it done,

As a child I recall the saying , "Sticks and stones may break your bones but names will names never hurt you!" Words can make or break you. To me an encouraging word is more valuable than a negative one.
