Life's footprints,
I correlate to tracks in fresh snow;
Track depth or stretch of days
Hold no lasting significance,
For flow of time and noon day sun
Prompt both to fade beyond existence,
And others to question, if in fact,
They ever existed.

    Very philosophical and thought provoking. I read Vapors many times and liked it better with each reading.
