His heart, his soul, his spirit – worth more Than the whispers of the wind, dreaming In endless prayer, praying for hope galore Aching to grace each soul with redeeming Knowing the One who all hearts do adore The One who lives inside, His joy beaming His heart, his soul, his spirit – consenting To the valuable prayers for each one of us Knowing One who was alive, representing God above, His love we will surely discuss This is the adoration, worship unrelenting Making the heart glad, making such a fuss His heart, his soul, his spirit – stirred to give With assurance that the wonder of His grace Can only be found in hearts who will forgive Those who know the beautiful of His embrace Are certain of the eternal, they’ll forever live Always alive in the heaven, God’s perfect place His heart, his soul, his spirit – more charming Than any thought found in a poem or verse Reminds me that this feeling can’t be harming To the one who believes and sees this universe As God’s creation, His gift of love, so alarming Assuring those in pain it could be so much worse His heart, his soul, his spirit – a part of my own Hope, my own faith, my own love and sincerity Like the wings of a butterfly whose life has flown By, his kindness reminds me of abiding charity, The promise from above that I’ll never be alone Because of my friend’s love, I know prosperity His heart, his soul, his spirit – inspire me to listen To the sound of grace falling in rain, in dew, belief That is forever alive, shining through hearts, glisten So that I will always know the beauty of sweet relief Discovered in knowing the Savior, who will christen Every soul with assurance and grace, however brief His heart, his soul, his spirit – sings from the skies Rousing my feelings to reach beyond the high price To hear his voice in the silence, sure he never dies Because of the One who made the ultimate sacrifice The One whose life was the reason we will baptize The believer, the heart who knows His cross will suffice Yes, I’ll miss him – my friend, my light, that smile But, because Jesus died and rose, his soul survives Even in death, I can hear his hope for those on trial, Those who need a blessed Savior who forever strives To give grace to the humble, to go that extra mile So that souls are saved – He never denies or deprives Yes, I miss my friend – but I know I’ll be seeing him again!

Beautifully amazing dear Gina! What a magnificent prayer of faith and insights that highlights the gift of Jesus that is more valuable than any gift we could receive! This reminds me of the beautiful song "I Can Only Imagine!" Thank you for this special grace sung in your soul this morning! Blessings and hugs to you sweet friend!

"...... the wonder of His grace Can only be found in hearts who will forgive Those who know the beautiful of His embrace".... So true dear Gina! Only one who can forgive inherits the grace of Jesus who forgave all his persecutors. A poem filled with love of our saviour. It also holds the hope that your decesed friend still lives because of Him. Lovely poem. Congratulations on your great win.

This is so beautiful Gina, you will see Brian again, may the Lord comfort you and your family. This verse has given me hope and comfort in the losses of loved ones who trusted in the Lord. "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." from 2 Corinthians 5:8 (KJV). In the loss of my dad, mom, two sisters and my brother, with each heartbreaking loss, this verse has comforted me tremendously. Hugs to you sweet Gina.

I don't believe in the immortal soul teaching but I certainly believe in the future resurrection (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). I do believe we will see loved ones again... in the flesh (John ch 11). You must have spent a good deal of time on this. Nicely done
