Valentine's Day
The streets are painted in red,
and smelling perfumes, roses,
and chocolates.
Singles have a chance of meeting
their secret admirers
at a corner,
in an Italian restaurant.
Lingerie stores are open until midnight.
Love cards are getting bought as fast as Michael
Jackson's albums in the '80s or '90s.
Almost everyone with half-full red wine
is in the mood of doing a karaoke.
Suppressed flirts, intense sensual eyes,
and hidden poems have come to the surface,
without getting forced to.
It's all happening that way,
because of the magic of Love in St. Valentine's Day!
