Urge and Surge

URGE AND SURGE #1: There was a time before such rhymes, A drifting chime in void of mime. One day a breeze brought simple ease, An abrupt seize of profound peace. It was a hint in precious mint, A paper lint where words traced tints. Weird was fancy that set me free, Awkward splurge glee in thoughts sexy. Poesy found bits in hurl of wit, Rhymes in weak fit in loose-bound knit. Lines and lines spoke in vivid strokes, Verse free to poke to break the yoke. ~~~~~~~~~ Leon Enriquez 20 January 2016 Singapore
