Untouchable
Bombs fall and
schrapnel
sprays my
burdened back
and lifting my head
I catch glimpse
of safety
I could crawl
into your eyes
to rest my head
I run to
your silk voice
my bunker
of reprieve
soft safety
in your touch
as the world
is at war and
I hide quiet
strong chest above
me guarding my
my honor
while maliced
bullets shed
angry blood
we stay
hidden as the
enemy scrambles
chasing it's tail
knawing on
it's misery
our souls safe
untouchable
