Unseen Weathervane

Listen to poem:
Unseen Weathervane David J Walker First waves come on shore In a dull roar Of thundering power Giving Taking Erasing Its tracks The beautiful seashell bones scattered On sand replaced with each wave coming going but not showing either future or past at last the collapse of the midday fulcrum of a weathervane tomorrows promise will soon to pass unseen in a slow rain
