Unobserved Images of a Closed Mind
Unobserved Images Of A Closed Mind
A prism of light
All the beauty of the spectrum
Swirling in endless waves
Twisting in strange patterns around my mind
Their movement unlike anything ever seen
Neither man nor nature could imagine such colors
Pastel clouds drift across a bright azure sky
Birds dance through leafy trees
Animals scurry and hide in the golden flowers
A woman dressed in a sheer silver nightgown stands on the shore
Before her waves break on jagged blackish blue rocks
The sound is that of a symphony written by the gods
Sounds that man’s orchestras could never create
Sounds that even nature could devise in its infinite mind
Performed only for a select few
The few who have seen the other realities
The dimensions hidden by closed minds of the humans
It takes a belief that mortal man cannot attain
At least not until he realizes that his mortality is not important
His hatred is nothing that universes care about
He is of no value until he can see
Until he can learn that he is not alone and they have noticed
They have judged
And they gave man, humankind, one more chance
To live and let live
Without hatred or judgment
Without war or violence
Just live
