Unfinished Day
She searches everywhere around
Where, oh where, can hope be found
One more time she stops to peer
How long before it will appear?
Don't get me wrong, I see my blessings
Roof over my head and the comfort it brings
Warm clothes to wear when it's cold and such
But is peace on Earth really asking too much?
I appreciate my family's help as I adjust to my health
Some think I search for more money or wealth
"What I have now is not too much or too little"
Can I keep up with medical expenses? A riddle.
Sometimes it must seem that I'm mad
Ooutbursts usually mean that I'm sad
In his arms I surely will know
Wherever he is, that's the place I will go.
