Ultimatum

At the wind's behest At the sun's command Swarming worms infest Legs and arms and hands Flesh from bone undressed Withers in the sand Denser forms divest Of filaments and strands As rigid limbs relax Bound by sky and land Mouth and throat contract Chest and brain expand Set free by their collapse Fulfilled by new demands Enshrined as they're enclasped By rasping sea and sand Written by © Raven Drake
