Two Doves Together they soared, Two Doves, On a mutual flight Through the most exquisite of days, And calmest of nights Over mountain peaks, They rise, Not a care in the world Entwined in a journey, Just as stormy winds whirled A flight once indivisible, Now headed in indvidual directions Together they once soared, Now isolated from affection Animals of companionship, Looking for a partner in flight While one may find another, The other is still searching for light A desolate journey, Looking for the lost love throught the night Together they soared, One must pray someday they re-unite With a heart full of hope, Desperation, It's never too late The lonely Dove continuously seeks to reconvene with it's soulmate A Lonesome animal of companionship, Will never feel right Together they soared, Two Doves, On a mutual flight
